Do it by your hands. For the past years i have been getting reddishbluish bruises all over my hands and arms. this is very unsightly. can anyone tell me what this is?.

At work, my hands do get really dry from the chemical soap the office provides, but at home i use a very gentle all natural bar soap from the local food.
